Quality Laboratory Manager
About the role :
Boston Scientific is seeking a dynamic leader for the Arden Hills Analytical Laboratory to serve as Quality Laboratory Manger. In this role, you will drive laboratory strategy and initiatives to ensure the laboratory's ability to provide quality and robust analytical solutions and testing for internal Boston Scientific customers. This position will work closely with Arden Hills site operations, supplier quality, Rhythm Management and Urology divisions, and regulatory to ensure the laboratory can support new product development, process and material changes, sustaining improvement projects, and quality control testing. Within the laboratory, this leader will work with laboratory staff and other people leaders to drive proactive quality, improve customer service, and enhance existing culture.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
