FLOOR MANAGER
Nami Nori is looking for some highly personable and dedicated Floor Managers to join the team in our soon to be open Design District location! The ideal candidates are motivated, detail oriented, have a passion for people and service, and are comfortable leading a team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the restaurant with the main focus being on serviceMaintain exceptional standards to provide the highest level of service and hospitalityDevelop strong and lasting relationships with staff and guestsMaintain a safe, secure, and healthy facilities environment and adhere to all department of health standardsServe as an educator, as well as an inspirational, committed and responsible leader to the restaurant’s FOH team, managing them in their daily responsibilities and providing clear directionLead by example; actively work the floor with a hands-on approach, inspiring staff to deliver a memorable food and beverage experienceResolve guest complaints and any interpersonal staff conflicts, communicating all issues to the GM and problem solving together when neededNami Nori is the first to specialize in open-style sushi hand rolls in New York City. The Floor Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager in maintaining and overseeing all day-to-day operations in the restaurant. This includes, but is not limited to, staff training and development, building guest relationships, ordering & inventory, and cleanliness of the space.
