Position Overview :
Communiboost As a Call Center Customer Service Agent, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while representing our company. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing accurate information regarding our products and services.
Salary Range : $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
Location : Kansas City, MO
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions in the system according to company guidelines.
- Offer tailored solutions to meet individual customer needs and enhance satisfaction.
- Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center setting.Exceptional verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.Ability to handle challenging situations and angry customers with patience and empathy.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with call center technology and CRM systems is a plus.Benefits
