Position Summary :

As a Contract Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing and placing top-tier candidates across higher-level skilled and technical roles including Chemists, Maintenance Technicians, Procurement Specialists, Engineers, and other critical positions. You will partner closely with account managers and hiring stakeholders to ensure talent pipelines are strong, qualified, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for contract and permanent roles in skilled trades, technical, and operational functions.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing techniques including job boards, networking, referrals, and social media.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer for multiple roles simultaneously.
• Conduct behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support negotiations between clients and candidates.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our ATS Bullhorn system.
• Provide market insights and collaborate on strategic hiring initiatives with the internal team.
