Key Responsibilities :

  • Vision Realization : Work closely with the project manager to understand the homeowners’ dreams and translate those into a custom home that exceeds expectations.
  • Team Leadership : Inspire and manage a team of skilled artisans, ensuring high-quality work and impeccable attention to detail at every step of the building process.
  • Project Follow Through : Under the direction of the project manager, oversee all phases of construction in the field, from initial planning to final inspection, ensuring projects are completed on time.
  • Innovation : Embrace new building techniques, materials, and sustainability practices to create homes that are as unique as they are efficient.
  • Quality Assurance : Ensure every project meets our rigorous standards of excellence and client satisfaction.

    • Requirements :

  • Experience :

    • 3 years of construction experience or equivalent. Knowing relevant building codes.

    3 years of managing co-workers job assignments and timelines

  • Keen Eye :

    • Seeing mistakes that got overlooked and having the ability to fix them.

    Knowing that if the day is slow, how to “find” work that needs to be done.

  • Level Headed Problem Solver :

    • Flexible and in control of emotions. The ability to work through problems as a team

  • The Right Way :

    • Not willing to cut corners and willing to learn the Cornerstone way of building

  • Master Builder : Extensive experience in residential construction, ability to showcase your skills in detail.
