Job descriptionProvide training and assembly support to production associates. Validate installation of parts, then Backflush parts according to BF process. Accurately log build issues in Perform method and time studies, update MLOP with process activity cycle times. Ongoing communication Support ME with development of detailed Work Instructions, add detailed instructions, pictures, etc. Validate fixtures, tools and equipment required in assembly process, confirm ready for production. Maintain 6S Standards within Pilot Build Area, coordinate daily clean-up and organization of pilot area as per Provide absenteeism coverage for associates, as required. Perform other duties as requested by Operations leader. Always ensure a safe working environment.

Coordinate assembly process by using AXIS Bill of Material, Composer, Master List of Processes and Virtual
Work Instructions.
- Validate that assembly steps are assigned by associate, according to work zone around chassis, develop
balanced workload within each station. What, Who, When & How.
AXIS, and communicate to Operations manager, ME and QE.
with ME and IE team.
Communicate issues to Operations Leader, ME and IE.
