Position Overview :

We are seeking a Shop Maintenance / Janitorial Professional to ensure our dealership remains clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and staff. Your efforts will play a vital role in maintaining the reputation of our brand while providing a professional and spotless environment.

General Responsibilities :

General Cleaning :

  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum dealership floors
  • Dust furniture and surfaces
  • Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
  • Empty trash cans and recycling bins
  • Clean windows, glass doors, and remove spills or debris

    • Exterior Maintenance :

  • Sweep and clean service drive areas
  • Remove litter and debris from parking lots and entrances
  • Maintain cleanliness of sidewalks and dealership exterior

    • Operational Maintenance :

  • Operate floor cleaning equipment effectively
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or unclogging drains
  • Monitor building for cleanliness and ensure upkeep aligns with company standards

    • Required Skills & Abilities :

  • Cleaning Knowledge : Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and proper techniques
  • Attention to Detail : Ability to ensure high standards of cleanliness
  • Reliability & Punctuality : Dependability to complete tasks efficiently and on time
  • Basic Mechanical Skills : Capability to handle minor maintenance tasks
