WANTED : Foodservice Equipment Account Representative
We are seeking a skilled CHEF who is currently selling either food or foodservice equipment to end users in Western Michigan. Knowledge of operations, the ability to translate a restaurant's equipment and supplies needs based upon a current or new menu is a big plus. If you are a chef who is bored selling proteins or perishables and would love to jump into the equipment and supplies side of commercial foodservice, we should chat!
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support. Ideally fine dining, regional chains, and strong independent restaurants.
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and new products
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and account retention
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account managementA CHEF or background in restaurant operations is a huge plus.Technical knowledge of foodservice equipment is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareUpload your resume today!
