Job description

This role is responsible for leading and managing the IT functions.

Responsibilities :

  • Overall in charge of the IT department.
  • Develop and implement policies, processes, and systems.
  • Drive digitalization initiatives and process improvement across departments.
  • Manage overall IT budget planning, spending, and vendor relationships to support operational goals.
  • Ensure IT compliance, security, and robust cybersecurity measures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to strategize and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
  • Provide IT support to ensure smooth operational continuity.

Pre-requisites :

  • Strong IT project management skills.
  • Strong internal and external customer-centric attitude.
  • Strong network with vendors to support IT projects.
  • Able to develop SQL & Power BI reports.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP – M3, EXACT will be preferred.
  • Good knowledge about data / information management.
  • WMS system with barcode / QR codes development.
