Job Title : Industrial Construction Estimator
Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Industrial Construction Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for industrial construction projects, analyzing project specifications, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure competitive and profitable bids.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to develop accurate cost estimates.
- Assess labor, material, and equipment requirements to determine total project costs.
- Research and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
- Prepare and submit detailed bid proposals and cost breakdowns.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to refine estimates and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and new construction techniques to enhance estimating accuracy.
- Assist in risk assessment and provide recommendations to mitigate potential project risks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain an organized database of cost estimates, historical data, and project documentation.
