Job Title : Inventory / Warehouse Associate
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Inventory / Warehouse Associate with a strong warehouse operations. A minimum of 12 months of warehouse experience is required. This role involves kitting materials, packaging, performing cycle counts, and ensuring the quality of materials. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle, and the ability to analyze data.
Responsibilities
- Processing materials using ERP systems (GIRA, SAP, Confluence)
- Troubleshooting root cause analysis and tracking materials
- Performing cycle counts and validating parts
- Reading manufacturing labels and drawings
- Kitting, pulling materials, and work orders
- Picking, pulling, staging, and packaging of parts
- Performing kit audits of material orders
- Setting up physical bins and locations
- Moving material and equipment using various methods including pallet jacks and forklifts
- Receiving and validating hardware from various sources
- Performing stock checks upon request
- Identifying, recording, troubleshooting, and resolving material issues
- Identifying, recording, and tracking material and process anomalies
- Performing daily cycle counts and physical inventory counts / adjustments as needed
- Reviewing multiple reports for warehouse efficiency

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kirkland WA

The pay range for this position is $25.06 - $26.50 / hr.
