Girikon is looking at hiring “ Business Analyst” with the following job description :

Consultant will join our team only after the successful completion of the Background check, Reference check, E-Verify process.

    • Location – Phoenix, AZ or   Bethesda, MD

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Evaluating business processes, discovery & requirements gathering, process analysis & design, uncovering areas for improvement and the overall implementation of projects effectively.
  • Perform ongoing reviews of business processes, Gap analysis and develop optimization strategies.
  • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional teams and management.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and prepare useful reports.
  • Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Document and maintain epics, features, and user stories, ensuring a seamless trace from scope through design, development, and testing.
  • Perform Functional & System Testing to ensure that user stories developed meet Acceptance Criteria.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Control, lead, and coordinate with both technology & business teams located across different geographies.
  • Lead development processes.

    • Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, design of information systems programs and related business processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.
  • Excellent consulting experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience defining strategy, developing requirements, and implementing practical business solutions.
  • Experience in supporting all phases of the software development life cycle
  • Proficiency with Agile development tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
