Job Description
At NorthBay Health the HR Generalist provides human resources generalist in support of the organization. Service may cover assigned operations area / s, including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee relations, leave of absence, accommodation, compensation, benefits, and learning and leadership services. Participates as assigned on organizational committees and projects or project teams. Rounds regularly on assigned areas of the organization, building relationships with management and employees. Trains assigned human resources topics. Leads or supports human resources initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and current minimum PHR or SHRM-CP certification. Two years of college and five years of HR Generalist experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree requirement.

Compensation : $43.97 - $53.47 (based on years of HR Generalist experience)
