I am currently working with a leading AM LAW ranked firm , who are actively looking to recruit an L&E attorney to join their St. Louis office.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage labor and employment litigation cases, from initial client consultation to resolution.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal counsel on labor and employment issues, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination.
- Collaborate with clients, human resources professionals, and other stakeholders to develop effective legal strategies.
Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active state bar membership and eligibility to practice law in Missouri.2+ years of experience as a Labor and Employment Litigation Attorney, ideally gained within a larger law firm setting.In-depth knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Benefits :
