We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Math Teacher to join our Islamic private school. In this role, you will guide students through the academic year by creating and delivering a comprehensive math curriculum that supports academic excellence and personal growth, while fostering values of respect, integrity, and responsibility. The ideal candidate is passionate about math education, compassionate toward students, and committed to cultivating a learning environment rooted in mutual respect and aligned with our schools guiding principles.

Responsibilities :

• Plan and deliver a classroom curriculum that aligns with school standards and upholds the schools values.
• Foster students critical thinking and problem-solving skills, encouraging a well-rounded approach to learning.
• Prepare and organize learning materials with thoughtfulness to the schools ethos.
• Assign and review homework, instilling discipline and accountability in students.
• Take attendance and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies.
• Grade assignments and provide constructive feedback, focusing on student growth.
• Track and document students academic progress while offering individualized support when needed.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to maintain a respectful, safe, and positive learning environment.
• Address any behavioral incidents with fairness and in line with the schools code of conduct.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
• Experience teaching at the K-12 level, with sensitivity to diverse learning needs.
• Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in schools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
