This role is responsible for developing new business from the Elk Grove Village area and North to the border with Wisconsin.

Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and grow your territory
• Position reports directly to the Branch / Sales Manager
• Meet and exceed your Branch / Sales Manager's expectations
• Travel requirements depend on the effectiveness of prospecting

Compensation :

50-55,000 annual base salary + commission + bonus

Commission averages $14,000 the first year

Guaranteed commission of $1,200 / mo for the first six months

Quarterly bonus potential of $1,500

Total annual compensation averages $70-75,000 the first year

Qualifications :

Prior experience with industrial sales

Must have a current / valid driver's license with a clean record
