Specifically experience in supervising higher education or science and technology projects. We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team!
Pay :
- 95-135K per year Responsibilities : Oversee all aspects of construction project from preconstruction to closeout.
- Allocate resources for assigned projects and maintain project schedule.
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors and make sure all safety protocol is followed through life of the project.
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs and timely services.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
