The Title Service Representative is responsible for conducting effective follow-up for motor vehicle titles. This includes communication with customers, clients, motor vehicle dealers, and motor vehicle agency personnel.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review queues, determine and pursue effective follow up steps to ensure receipt of title documents.
- Review title documents to determine if a correction is warranted and process necessary correction.
- Release leased or retail title documents per state and client guidelines.
- Contacting clients by phone or e-mail.
- Receiving incoming calls from clients, dealers and customers and respond as necessary.
- Process incoming title related work received either by client request, department notification, or incoming mail and / or FedEx.
BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)
High school diploma or equivalency.Accurate keying skills and ability to speak clearly.Mastered knowledge of Title Service functions.Customer service experience.Experience with vehicle titles, DMVs ,or auto dealers.MINIMUM JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
