Youll ensure Apple products and services can seamlessly and efficiently handle the tasks that make them beloved by millions. The GPU Performance Analysis Engineer will be responsible for delivering high-quality, low-power graphics IP that meets our performance and power goals. You will collaborate closely with the architecture team and functional verification team.

Description

As a GPU Performance Analysis Engineer, you will : - Analyze unit and system-level performance issues. - Quantify the performance benefit of the features and algorithms implemented in HW or SW. - Conduct studies and contribute solutions to performance challenges related to GPU design. - Participate in micro-architecture specification and RTL logic design in the GPU team.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience with Verilog, C and C++.

Experience with scripting in Python.

Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience.

Key Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in computer architecture, GPUs, or memory hierarchy design.

Experience in characterizing performance and debugging performance issues.

Experience with GPU design is a plus.

We prefer candidates who exhibit excellent communications skills, demonstrate a sense of motivation and show a high level of organization.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $135,400 and $250,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apples discretionary employee stock programs.
