We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support our team and ensure efficient daily operations. In this full-time role, you will collaborate with the Office Manager to oversee administrative tasks, support team members, and contribute to a productive and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist the Office Manager in overseeing daily office operations and administrative tasks.Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide excellent customer service.Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.Support sales and service teams with administrative needs.Qualifications :
Proven experience in office administration or management.Insurance experience & prior licensing preferred but not required.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a team.
