Hiring Part-Time Receptionist / Concierge

Thursday, Friday and Saturday 7 : 30am-4 : 00pm

Wage : $16-18 / Hr.

Prior Experience with multi-line phone system and exceptional customer service skills are required. Excellent position for a second act career or for those who are missing public engagement after retirement.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Concierge at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will be the welcoming face and initial point of contact for our vibrant community. Join us in creating a safe and welcoming environment for our residents, their families, and guests while supporting a variety of administrative and customer service tasks. This position is ideal for a friendly and organized professional with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and hospitality.

YOUR TYPICAL DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

• By phone or in person, greet residents, families, guests, and team members with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed
• Answer a multi-line phone system with professionalism and direct all inbound calls to the appropriate person
• Respond promptly to inquiries, offer assistance, and provide residents and guests with information about community events, activities, and local amenities
• Monitor community access, manage sign-in kiosks, and ensure that safety protocols are followed to promote a safe environment
• Schedule transportation, manage meal and event reservations, coordinate package deliveries, and handle maintenance work orders in our electronic system
