Minimum one (1-2) years line cook experience preferred, steak house experience a plusMust be able to read and understand tickets and recipesStand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 50 poundsProperly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasksMaintain a current Food Handler's CertificationMust be at least 18 years of age
