Responsibilities :

• Cost Estimation : Collaborate with project teams to analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Bid Proposal Development : Prepare detailed and competitive bid proposals, considering material costs, labor, equipment, and overhead, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
• Value Engineering : Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering principles without compromising project quality or functionality.
• Vendor and Subcontractor Relations : Build and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes and ensure the availability of necessary resources.
• Risk Assessment : Evaluate potential risks and uncertainties associated with project costs, providing recommendations to mitigate and manage these risks effectively.
