About Our Client :

Our client is seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst to join their Total Rewards team. This position plays a key role in supporting the administration and optimization of compensation programs, employee recognition initiatives, and people data analytics across both the U.S. and Canada. You’ll partner with internal stakeholders, including People Business Partners, leadership, and HR teams, to ensure compensation strategies align with the company’s vision and objectives.

Job Description :

As a Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing compensation programs, ensuring data integrity, and providing critical people analytics and compensation insights. You will collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align compensation strategies with company goals and contribute to various compensation-related projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with People Business Partners and leadership on compensation guidelines.
  • Maintain and update compensation data in ADP and SuccessFactors systems.
  • Generate reports and analyze compensation-related data.
  • Oversee participation in compensation surveys and manage data submissions.
  • Assess career architecture and pay structures, recommending adjustments.
  • Assist with the execution of merit and bonus programs.
  • Coordinate the annual sales incentive plan process.
  • Evaluate and recommend compensation for new and existing roles.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis for HR and leadership teams.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Work with HRIS and Payroll to resolve compensation-related issues.
  • Assist in managing employee recognition, retention, and severance programs.

Qualifications :

  • Compensation Experience (1+ years)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and advanced formulas.
