LHH is seeking a Order Entry / Sales Support Representative for a company in the Milwaukee Area. You would be responsible for efficiently managing and processing orders while also assisting with various purchasing tasks. Looking for someone with strong organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Manages orders, vendor documentation , quotes and follow-ups
Enter & Process sales orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy & on time delivery
Respond to requests for information, documentation, pricing, lead-times, inventory levels, etc.
Maintain database of inventory
Review and approve customer purchase agreements
Assists A / R with invoicing.
Prepare and Documents all order / quote information
Additional duties as assigned
Hours : 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm- 2 days remote, 3 days in office
Pay : $$ an hour
