Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused Lab Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting various quality control tests, operating lab equipment, and ensuring that all products meet industry and consumer standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to accurately log and analyze data.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform various quality control tests on samples to ensure product compliance with standards.
Set up and operate lab equipment according to established procedures.
Log and analyze data, following company policies and protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
Follow all safety policies and procedures while wearing required PPE.
Operate equipment related to the production and testing of materials.
Monitor and check product quality for consumer safety and satisfaction.
Exchange paper core bins throughout shifts using a rideable pallet jack.
Process and input AM and PM data into the system.
Perform basic repairs on paper core-making machines when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills :

Experience in a lab or quality control setting preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to operate and maintain lab equipment.

Proficiency in data entry and analysis.

Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
