What You’ll Do :

Hunt for New Business – Identify and engage with light industrial and professional office clients through in-person cold calls, phone calls, and networking.

Become a Trusted Partner – Consult with businesses to understand their hiring needs and present staffing solutions that drive their success.

Collaborate with Recruiting Teams – Work closely with our recruiters to ensure client needs are met, orders are filled, and relationships are nurtured.

Own Your Territory – Manage a pipeline of opportunities, track progress, and develop a strategic sales plan to maximize growth.

Solve Problems & Deliver Results – Provide top-notch customer service, resolve challenges, and build long-term client partnerships.

What We’re Looking For :

Sales Hustler – Experience in outside sales preferred; staffing sales a big plus!

Relationship-Builder – Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect, present, and influence.

Strategic Thinker – Business development, sales, and marketing skills to create winning strategies.

Multi-Tasking Pro – Ability to juggle multiple clients, priorities, and opportunities.

Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
