Mortgage Consultant - Nashville, TN

Salary : $50k Base + Commission + Full Benefits!

Become a Mortgage Consultant and help individuals achieve their homeownership dreams! You'll provide personalized mortgage solutions and contribute to a secure, efficient, and personalized loan process.

What You’ll Do :

Manage a high volume of business-generated leads
Develop and expand referral sources
Conduct daily consultative selling techniques
Advise clients on mortgage loan options and financial products
Provide excellent customer service from approval to closing
Maintain client relationships
Submit complete loan applications to underwriting
Partner effectively with Account Executives for top lenders
Perform other duties as needed

What We’re Looking For :

NMLS license in CA, TN, FL, TX

1+ year of mortgage sales experience

Preferred : Internal mortgage sales experience

Knowledge in Conventional and Non-QM mortgage lending

Experience with mortgage LOS, POS, and CRM systems

Ability to handle 10+ new leads daily with effective follow-up

Understanding of mortgage procedures, documentation, and underwriting guidelines

Track record with wholesale / correspondent lending

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficient in PC-Internet use
