Compensation :
60,000 - $100,000 + annually
Responsibilities :
- Develop a deep understanding of engaging with potential clients in the Charleston real estate market by actively prospecting, setting up meetings, and conducting proficient contract negotiations.
- Focus on acquiring new clients, which is a critical aspect of the real estate industry, while working towards obtaining your Real Estate License.
- Keep the real estate CRM up-to-date to search for new clients, effectively manage existing leads, and nurture client relationships.
- Participate in sponsored training opportunities to enroll in real estate school at no cost, with the potential to secure a performance-based real estate sales position as you progress towards obtaining your license.
- Advance to an intensive real estate agent training program once you pass your exam, gaining the necessary skills to establish yourself as a consistent six-figure earning real estate agent in Charleston.
- Be available to accept incoming leads throughout the week and weekends, with the flexibility to meet clients based on their schedule being essential.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales Agents, Transaction Coordinators, and Sales Leaders daily, as teamwork is essential in this role.
