Are you an experienced Business Development professional with expertise in the sale full service Clinical Research Organisation solutions?

William Parker Group are seeking a Senior Director, Business Development to join a leading Global Full-Service Clinical Research Organisation. As a Senior Director, Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in initiating and developing relationships with Biotech companies, driving strategic initiatives, and contributing to revenue growth within the Boston territory.

Responsibilities :

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects, acting as their primary contact for communication and support.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, including lead generation, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to assess client needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure the seamless delivery of services.
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts and drive revenue growth by leveraging market insights and industry trends.
  • Track account performance, analyse key metrics, and implement improvements to boost client satisfaction and retention.

Your profile

  • Located in Boston, Massachusetts or surrounding area
  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in full service Clinical Research Organisation sales.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
  • build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
