As a Senior Director, Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in initiating and developing relationships with Biotech companies, driving strategic initiatives, and contributing to revenue growth within the Boston territory.
Responsibilities :
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects, acting as their primary contact for communication and support.
- Oversee the entire sales process, including lead generation, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess client needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure the seamless delivery of services.
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts and drive revenue growth by leveraging market insights and industry trends.
- Track account performance, analyse key metrics, and implement improvements to boost client satisfaction and retention.
Your profile
Located in Boston, Massachusetts or surrounding areaBachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.5+ years experience in full service Clinical Research Organisation sales.Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability tobuild rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
