Job Title : Franchise Consultant Quick Serve Restaurants

Location : Minnesota

Field On-site In-Person Travel for work required

Schedule : Monday - Friday, with flexibility for occasional weekend / evening work

Pay : $65,000 - $80,000 depending upon experience, plus annual bonus

Responsibilities and Duties

• Serve as the primary liaison between Quick Service Restaurant franchise stores and the corporate office
• Communicate and ensure compliance with company policy and procedure to the franchise store owners by completing compliance checklists
• Travel to franchised store locations to meet with owners in person
• Enforce brand standards with franchise owners
• Identify franchised store strengths and opportunities for improvement
• Work with corporate staff to communicate back regarding franchisee feedback and opportunities for improvement
• Offer operational training resources to franchise owners
