Key Responsibilities :
- Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls from patients
- Schedule, confirm, and update medical appointments
- Provide accurate information regarding services, providers, and locations
- Verify insurance coverage and collect co-pay details when needed
- Maintain and update patient records with a high level of accuracy
- Assist with resolving patient concerns or redirecting calls to appropriate departments
