IT Business Partner

Determine and bridge the gaps between the ICT group and other business groups.Analyze the current business process and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Propose resolutions aligning with business goals.Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories. Work with the dev team to ensure the solutions are feasible and aligned with the technical capabilities.Design end-to-end solutions per Excellence Area that determine business needs.Keep up to date with technology trends and assess suitability for business objectives.Provide technical guidance and collaborate with dev teams to ensure the implementation of solutions.Document the technical architecture and design decisions.Minimum Qualifications Preferably 3 years experience working in SAP (SD / MM / FI / CO)Strong analytical and planning skillsGood communication and presentation skillsAbove-average critical thinking and problem-solving skillsMust be highly keen to details and organized.Able to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
