Bilingual Customer Service Representative

The HT Group is partnering with an insurance agency in North Austin looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative . In this role you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers regarding their policies, handling questions and concerns and updating information into the system.

This is a contract-to-hire role paying

Responsibilities :

• Manage high volume of inbound calls
• Maintain customer files, ensuring compliance with company standards
• Identify and assess customer needs
• Calculate premium refunds and changes, loan balances, and cash values

Requirements :

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of call center experience
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to perform manual mathematical calculations
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual : Spanish required
