We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Director to join our pack and help drive client success.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies that expand our client base and increase revenue. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our creative capabilities and market opportunities, building relationships with potential clients while promoting our agency's unique value proposition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with agency goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospect identification to closing deals
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our agency's capabilities
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to optimize performance and ROI
  • Represent the agency at industry events and networking functions

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales and / or marketing experience, preferably in a creative agency environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of creative services and marketing principles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build relationships with clients at all levels
  • Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
