IT Analyst

80-100 calls / tickets per week. Resource will be assisting all areas of IT

• There are about 500 end-users in this work environment
• All troubleshooting is done with a script - candidate is not expected to solve problems on their own.
• Candidate will be part of a small, talented technical group
• Desired traits : friendly, outgoing, organized, follow written instructions well, ready for the next call
• Need to have a customer service mentality and patience in dealing with difficult customers

The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $17.25 / hr.
