SUMMARY
Welltower, a $70B S&P 500 company with both residential and medical office portfolios is looking for an energetic leader with mechanical and analytical aptitude to lead the newly formed facilities team responsible for property systems and related energy savings. This new role, reporting to the Vice President of Facilities, will work closely with the ESG team identifying and implementing various initiatives intended to lower energy and water consumption. Additionally, this department will have oversight of property systems including elevators, HVAC, fire suppression, call boxes, generators, etc. Welltower is building a complete operating platform including asset management and self-management capabilities. COMPENSATION
Salaries may vary by location. The range for this role in this market is $105,000 - $125,000 plus bonus and car allowance. Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to, the relevant market and the skill, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
