Whiskey Joe's is looking for a positive and experienced Catering Sales Manager (Special Event Sales) to join the family at our location in Port Richey. Pay : $23.00 - $25.00 / hour

  • Plus commission.
  • Summary :

    The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for booking private event functions from orientation to event, creating 5-star experiences for each and every client. He / she also supports the General Manager by completing tasks as directed.

    Responsibilities :

  • Proactively identify and pursue catering sales opportunities through networking, outreach, and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with the events team to create customized event packages tailored to the needs and preferences of clients.
  • Conduct site visits and tastings with potential clients to showcase our offerings and facilities.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all aspects of events, from planning to execution, are seamlessly executed.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and revenue forecasts.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds event booking goals.
  • Ensure superior execution of each event from start to finish.
  • Requirements :

  • Previous experience in catering sales, event planning, or hospitality sales.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client schedules and events.
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
