WAREHOUSE WORKER

Job details Are you an accurate warehouse worker with a great eye for detail? Do you want to be off all week, so you can spend time with your family, have dinner at home, or just relax? Spherion is hiring warehouse workers for day shift during the week. This shift works 6am to 4pm Tue-Fri.

• The warehouse worker opportunity will allow employees to help shape and define success for the different departments in the warehouse while collaborating across the organization to accomplish goals, and recognizing each other's wins.

Warehouse worker positions are temporary to permanent and are eligible for pay increase, benefits and perks, once permanent.

Responsibilities :

Feed production work to packers and maintain lines of work running at all time. Able to lift and carry merchandise occasionally or frequently throughout a shift

Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts

Maintain positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment

Able to accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation

Good written and oral communication skills

Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions.

Working hours : 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills :

Punctual & dependable.

Detailed oriented

Education : No Degree Required

Experience : 1-4 years

Qualifications :

Must be able to understand and follow safety guidelines

Ability to commit to trainings, and warehouse policies and instructions.

Able to commit to a 12 hour shift

Work in a fast pace non-climate controlled environment.
