Horn Williamson, LLC seeks an experienced attorney with 3-8 years of litigation experience. Construction defect litigation experience is a plus. Experience in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas is also a plus. You will be an integral member of the team and will gain meaningful experience. Litigation work will depend on experience, but may include legal research and writing, conducting discovery, motion practice, taking / receiving depositions, and trial preparation. When ready, you will also gain jury trial, bench trial, and / or arbitration experience. You will work with partners and associates on challenging and significant matters.
Horn Williamson is currently on a flexible hybrid schedule where attorneys may work remotely a portion of each week. The firm offers a competitive compensation package which includes, medical, dental vision, HSA and FSA plans, short- and long-term disability coverage and 401(k) plan with match.
