We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Honolulu, United States. As the face of our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and work towards satisfactory resolutions
- Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues
- Document customer interactions and update account information in the company's customer service software
- Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary
- Provide feedback to management on common customer concerns and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience
