Job Title : Training Coordinator
Pay : $16.70
Responsibilities / Requirements :
- Committed to safety.
- Authorized and responsible to provide training plantwide for 3 shifts.
- Responsible to post and maintain training calendar for entire site.
- Responsible to provide orientation training for all temporary employees and new hire employees.
- Maintain monthly metrics associated with training percentages.
- Provide new hire employees with updated employee handbooks.
- Responsible to issue job cycle checks for each department
- Provide training packets for each department ensuring timely return.
These are the main duties for this position and the job, but not limited to just these duties (Quality Manager discretion)
