Operation PAR, Inc. is a non-profit organization offering the full continuum of services for individuals with substance use and / or mental health disorders. PAR has been providing comprehensive behavioral health treatment in west Florida since 1970 through advocacy, education, clinical services, and research.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION :
Responsible for managing the referrals that come for PAR's services (phone lines, CAM, external entities, and internal referrals). Responsible for screening clients for admission into our services, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria for substance abuse and mental health treatment. Duties include conducting initial assessments, reviewing treatment consents, and explaining patient rights and responsibilities. Manages the intake process, including financial reviews and documentation. Using telehealth services for clinical screenings and counseling. Performs various administrative tasks as assigned. Care Coordination for clients to include intake, discharge planning, outreach, and linkages to other services both within and without PAR.

Bachelor's degree in a directly related field plus two years of direct client service experience in mental health or substance abuse.Master's degree in counseling or a directly related field with two years of direct client service experience in mental health or substance abuse, licensed or pursuing licensure preferredMCAP, CAP, or CAC certification from the Florida Certification Board preferredLICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS AND REGISTRATIONS :
Current CPR and First Aid Certification or certifications must be obtained within the first six (6) months of employment.ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL SKILLS :
