The Social Media Brand Manager works directly with the Director of Marketing – Social Media to manage social channels and develop social strategy. This role serves as the “voice” of the Sport Clips brand across all social media platforms and social content is used to connect with our Clients and Stylists, grow our audiences, build brand awareness, and ultimately drive Client traffic to stores.  Scope : The Social Media Brand Manager will create, develop, and submit social content calendar for Facebook & Instagram for both National pages and local opt in group, as well as TikTok and X (Twitter). This role will attend events as needed for social exposure / promotion, organize and execute various social campaigns and / or contests, monitor analytics and present monthly and quarterly metrics reports, manage real-time responses to social inquiries, and understand and manage Client needs & issues received via various channels and provide responses and / or facilitate to responsible party. Additionally, the Social Media Brand Manager will work with the Marketing team to host webinars for internal education to the franchise system, collaborate with the Local Store Marketing (LSM) team, and maintain social vendor relationships. This role is also responsible for creating unique and compelling original content through various creative programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects) and working with the Creative team as needed for promotions, creative items, etc. The Social Media Brand Manager will be part of the Sport Clips Marketing Team and will report directly to the Director of Marketing – Social Media. Key Criteria / Requirements :

  • Minimum of four years of experience with demonstrated success in social media community management, community building, social strategy, and outreach.
  • Degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Comfortable with being the social “voice” of the Sport Clips brand and ability to represent the brand in a professional manner
  • Working knowledge of Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, & TikTok
  • Keeping up with current trends and apps
  • Experience with social media analytics, such as Google Analytics & Facebook Insights
  • Experience with social media management / monitoring tools and reporting / metrics to include analyzing metrics and adjusting strategy / content as a result
  • Comfortable communicating with Clients and managing challenging Client issues
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and video content creation preferred
