The Opportunity :

Tetra Tech is adding a Field Logistics Coordinators to our Logistics team based in either Burbank or Palisades , California (LA County). This is a project-based role with an estimated project length of 6 months (subject to change at any time)

Your Role :

The selected Field Logistics Coordinator candidate must be able to pick up and deliver supplies as needed in the project area and support TDR response and recovery operations with tasks such as :

  • Track inventory and burn rates of supplies the field
  • Logging inventory once received
  • Performing inventory audits and coordinate with Maitland Logistics
  • Assist Project Managers in the field with Logistics related tasks
  • Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
  • Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
  • Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
  • Additional duties as required.

Qualifications :

  • Logistics experience preferred.
  • Must be able to travel for business purposes.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Ability to bend, reach and lift up to 50 lbs. many times in one day.
  • Basic understanding of computers.
  • Ability to work under stressful situations in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multiple tasks with sometimes conflicting priorities.
  • A self-starter with the ability to take direction.
  • Schedule flexibility.
