Responsibilities

Perform a variety of physical tasks, including digging, lifting, carrying, and assembling materials to support construction projects.
Operate and maintain basic tools such as drills, saws, and shovels with care and precision.
Prepare and maintain construction sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and ensuring a clean, organized work area.
Load and unload materials efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Identify and report potential safety hazards to maintain a secure work environment.

Qualifications

Strong ability to perform physically demanding tasks in diverse weather conditions.

Familiarity with basic tools and a demonstrated commitment to quality and hard work.

Previous experience in construction is an advantage but not required; we welcome individuals eager to learn and grow.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds consistently.

Comfortable with prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, and other physically intensive movements throughout the workday.

18.00 to $28.00 Per Hour DOE

Schedule

Day Shift | 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM | Monday – Friday
