Essential Duties :

  • Talks with customers by phone, email or in person and receives orders for product.
  • Enters and files orders
  • Expedites orders
  • Process returns for customers
  • Follows up on back orders and late orders
  • Solicits sale of new or additional products
  • Handles customer complaints for justification on pricing, freight and miscellaneous quality issues
  • Distributes literature and information as needed
  • Maintains and updates quote files
  • Helps with projects

Requirements :

  • 2-5 years Customer Service experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Detail oriented
  • Team player
  • Strong commitment to service
