Superintendent - Commercial Construction

We are partnered with a large regional general contractor that are searching for an experienced Superintendent to join their team in Winston-Salem.

This business specializes in a variety of project types but experience in K-12 or Healthcare would be favourable.

This is an opportunity to join one of the highest regarded General Contractors that operate in the Carolinas, with a strong reputation of developing and retaining their employees.

Some of your duties will include :

• Oversee daily construction site operations and ensure project runs smoothly.
• Lead and manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor progress, schedule work, and resolve any issues.
• Report on project status, delays, and safety concerns to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient job site.

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000 (Depending on experience)

Benefits : 10% discretionary bonus, auto-allowance, Healthcare, Dental and Vision

Experienced preferred : Ground up or Renovation experience of Education or Healthcare projects, but candidates with knowledge of a variety of commercial backgrounds will be considered.
