Construction Manager

We are seeking a Construction Manager for our client, a leading privately owned real estate development firm in the Southeast with over 60 years of experience. The company specializes in creating top-tier mixed-use, commercial, and hotel projects in distinctive locations.

The firm is financially strong, stable, and positioned for ongoing growth, with several major mixed-use projects set to begin in Miami over the next 1-2 years. The Construction Manager will have the opportunity to take on increased responsibilities and oversee larger, more complex projects, contingent on their success.

An ideal candidate will have experience in building new structures, particularly in mixed-use, residential, or hospitality projects.

MEP specialist on new construction is a plus.

Qualifications :

• BS+ and 5-10 years of new construction experience
• Design / preconstruction experience preferred
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, rules, regulations & standards
• Sense of urgency and ability to work well under pressure in a collaborative team environment
• Competent in conflict and crisis management
• Leadership and management skills. Ability to see the "big picture"
• Must reside in the Miami area
