Ready to make a difference? As a Personal Care Worker, you will assist residents with daily activities, foster meaningful relationships, organize social activities, support meal service, and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Compensation : $19.50 to $24.50 / hour (depending on experience), plus night shift differentials

Right now we are offering a $1,000 Sign On Bonus for the first 5 hired for night shift

Schedule : 12 hours shifts, part time and full time available (weekends and weekdays are included in All schedules)

How you will make an impact

  • Provide physical assistance with activities of daily living
  • Promote psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships
  • Plan and facilitate social activities for the neighborhood residents
  • Assist with menu / snack selection and partners with the Service Associate in serving to ensure adequate nutritional intake of all residents and provide in-room dining experiences where requested
  • Assure the resident's room and neighborhood are kept tidy to minimize environmental hazards which may impact environmental safety

    • What you will need

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Personal Care Worker preferred
  • Current CPR certification is preferred (CPR certification required within 90 days of hire)
  • Must obtain QMAP before hire or within 90 days of hire
  • Must have availability on weekends and weekdays
